SIRM CARES is unique in that it has many years of expertise as a provider of education and training and as such is well placed to deliver education and training in Health & Social Care in addition to its current educational and training provision. We aim to deliver a 2-year HND (Level 5) course in Health & Social Care through Pearson (the awarding body) from 2024 for those who wish to pursue a career within the sector.
In addition, we plan to provide learning opportunities and practical experience where care professionals will be able to integrate theory into practice by engaging them in work placements through SIRM CARES.
SIRM CARES is also unique in that it has an Advisory Board with individuals from various areas of expertise, but all with a key focus on the SIRM CARES Vision, Mission & Values.
SIRM CARES is also unique in that it has a former International Investors in People Adviser and Assessor of 25+ years standing on its Advisory Board who also has extensive experience of advising and assessing the wider care sector against the Investors in People Standard. As such we will make sure that we meet safe staffing standards by providing competency-based and skilled professionals who are well-equipped to deliver high-quality personal care and services by.
