Our specially designed in-house training program aims to achieve three key goals.

In order to assist the identification of training, development &learning needs of the organisation, team and individuals, SIRM CARES will implement Supervision to ensure the correct training, development &learning needs are identified accurately and on time.

Each April, starting with the board, the Performance Management process will commence and filter down to individuals by the end of May with a review taking place every 3 months thereafter. This process ensures that the goals and targets of the organisation, team and individuals are evaluated and supported by training, development &learning.
